Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with experience in pool construction sales.--We do not currently build pools.--We do extensive pool remodeling projects including resurfacing, tile, pavers, travertine, equipment and equipment replacement.--Our projects can range from 15K - 100K.--This is a commission based position with a base pay for travel expenses.

Responsibilities:
Job Description:
--- Leads will be provided to qualify customers and schedule appointments for quotes
--- An exceptional software system is in place to provide professional quotes and track the sales process
--- We cover the Orlando area within approximately a 30-mile radius
--- We have a new showroom grand opening soon, to provide a first class customer experience that will increase your closure rate with the sales process

Qualifications:
Requirements:
--- Must have Verified Pool Remodeling experience
--- Able to provide quotes for remodeling and equipment replacement
--- Computer and organizational skills
--- Communicate well both verbally and by email
--- Attention to detail
--- More concerned about doing the job right knowing that the sale will be rewarded in the process
--- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pool industry
--- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
--- Strong sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
