DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

These are the responsibilities that the employee has full accountability for delivering.

• Manage marketing campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting

• Develop and conduct B2B customer surveys, analysis, and reporting

• Conduct primary and secondary market research, analysis, and reporting

• Track industry trends and report

• Utilize BI to create report for marketing analysis purposes

• Create needs assessment for company CRM/Contact Management system; create RFP and manage analysis process, provide recommendations for business decision

• Analyze, derive and communicate pertinent, insightful business/marketing conclusions through various reports, charts and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Improve marketing campaign effectiveness by identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends/patterns in complex datasets

• Manage ad hoc reporting requests and effectively prioritize the work based on the business needs by extracting request requirements and needs of the customer, while anticipating the future needs of the business

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BS/BA marketing or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing-related quantitative role

• Ability to strategize, develop and execute practical solutions to business/marketing problems

• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and have the ability to analyze large datasets

• Must be proficient in survey software

• Must be knowledgeable about CRM/contact management software (salesforce.com, SAGE, etc.)

• Familiarity with market research principles

• The aptitude to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts

• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

• Self-driven personality with the ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments and manage time effectively
