Job Description:
We are looking for a Real State Specialist to become part of an
exciting team!
You will be responsible for qualifying leads, contacting potential
sellers and successfully negotiating Real State transactions. Other
functions include but not limited to: Negotiate rent reductions and
new lease terms, assist Management with analysis of leases and
supporting sales initiatives, implementing, negotiating and
monitoring asset optimization programs in an effort to increase
revenue and Prepare revenue and expense projections.
