Job Purpose: As a Court Liaison at Aspire Health Partners, your job
purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions in
order to properly evaluate patients to determine appropriate State
Hospital placement.
Job Functions
Preparing transfer evaluation for court as prescribed by the Baker
Act Law for proper signatureMonitoring admission process and all
that it entailsMonitoring exparte ordersPreparing and filing all
petitions for involuntary placement, monitoring for change of
status and notifying court via correct CF-MF formAttending Baker
Act hearings twice weeklyLocating and training guardian
advocatesProcessing proper form in timely manner prior to court
date and delivering daily CF-MF forms to Orange County
CourthouseMost importantly, all functions must be completed while
maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct
while adhering to agency policies and procedures
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
Level II Background clearance Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration
driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting
guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP
Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1Bachelor's or master's degree
in a human services field required
