Caf-- Boulud Palm Beach is a renowned dining destination in the heart of the historic Brazilian Court Hotel. As a professional Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, wine, and service, with a strong ability to lead their team and control the pace and flow of tables. With a minimum of 2+ years of fine dining experience, you will be knowledgeable about our menu and able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience
• Lead your team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a clean and organized station
• Control the pace and flow of tables, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction
• Develop a strong knowledge of our menu, wine list, and service standardsRequirements:
  • 2+ years of fine dining experience in a similar restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service
  • Ability to lead a team and control the pace and flow of tables
