A company is looking for a Dedicated Planning Operations
Professional to support processing and operations for a fee-based
dedicated planning program.
Key Responsibilities
Process dedicated planning service agreement contracts,
compensation, and operational tasks
Maintain understanding of operations, services, and affiliated
systems, ensuring compliance with policies
Provide quality customer service and timely communications to field
professionals and members
Required Qualifications
High School Degree required with 1-2 years of related
experience
Strong technical aptitude
Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
Experience with applicable financial reporting tools
Ability to work day and/or evening shifts based on volume
forecasts
