Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to
manage daily accounts payable tasks and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts payable tasks and ensure smooth
processing of invoices
Handle coding and posting of non-PO invoices and resolve PO issues
with the procurement team
Assist with account reconciliations, audit schedules, and filing of
1099s
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of advanced accounts payable experience using
NetSuite
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred, or five years of
A/P experience in lieu of degree
Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in
Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus
Experience in assisting with NetSuite implementation is a bonus
