Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel - Pharmacy
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and guidance on pharmacy operations and
compliance with state and federal pharmacy law
Prepare, review, and negotiate various contractual arrangements
related to pharmacy operations
Develop training programs and policies for the pharmacy group
regarding legal topics and compliance
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree
Membership or eligibility for membership in the West Virginia
Bar
Three years of experience in corporate, contract, health care, and
regulatory law
Preference for experience in pharmaceutical law, fraud and abuse
laws, or the 340B program
Knowledge of health care facility regulations and compliance
standards
