Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas Developer
with expertise in Payroll and Compensation modules.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements
for Payroll, Absence, PTO, and Compensation modules
Design, develop, and implement Fast Formulas across various Oracle
Cloud HCM modules
Develop and manage HCM extracts and maintain reports using OTBI and
BIP
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas
Proven expertise in Payroll and Compensation modules
Experience with Absence and PTO fast formulas
Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP report creation
Ability to collaborate with HR and payroll administrators to
develop tailored solutions
