Job Description:

Experienced Software Engineer / Web Developer to create web applications for the intranet and extranet using C# .NET and SQL. Support web architecture, legacy applications, enterprise-wide applications and software upgrades.

Qualifications: BSCS, BSSE or equivalent. Five years? experience with C#. JavaScript and JQuery experience. AJAX and web services experience. Leadership skills and software lead experience. Good organizational skills, excellent problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work with teams and individuals. Must demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, meet deadlines, embrace new technologies, and follow process. Must be capable of gathering and interpreting requirements, have used some form of source control, and can review code, locate problems, provide and receive feedback on code. Must be able to self start and solve problems quickly. Must demonstrate ability to create user friendly front ends and must be able to write maintainable code.

Additional skills/tools considered a plus: ColdFusion, HTML5, CSS 3, MVC framework, SVN, Visual Studio, Toad/SQL Developer, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Dreamweaver, and IIS administration.

Job Responsibilities: Develop C# .NET applications using Visual Studio 2010 or higher. Use SVN, JIRA, and Remedy for source control and issue tracking. Evaluate and recommend web architecture and process improvements. Troubleshoot web applications developed in-house and by external developers. Provide web application support for individual users and enterprise-wide applications used by the division.

Education Requirement: BSCS, BSSE, BSIS + 5+ years applicable experience
