Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a People strategy aligned with business
objectives
Manage a team of HR Business Partners and translate the Home
Ecosystem People strategy into actionable goals
Lead organizational change initiatives and measure key HR
metrics
Required Qualifications:
13+ years of HR business partner experience in a complex, global
environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to build relationships with
executive leaders
Proven ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced
environment
Demonstrated competence in various HR functional areas including
change management and organizational development
Strong general business knowledge to translate business needs into
HR strategies
