This role involves hiring, training, managing, and coaching team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, fresh products that meet the demands of our banquets and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to enhance and maintain our culinary operations.
• Act as a liaison with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure timely and fresh production of pastries and baked goods.
• Maintain high standards of quality and quantity for all products.
  
  Required Skills and Knowledge:
  
  • Formal education in baking and pastry arts.
  • Strong cost control and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Proficiency in all pastry and baking-related tasks.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Experience in guest interaction and staff management.
    Qualifications:
    
    • 3 to 5 years of culinary experience.
    • Proven experience supervising a small team (1-3 members).
    • Proficiency in all basic cooking skills.
    • Capability to manage a single kitchen station independently.
    • Strong desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
    • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weights.
