A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Workforce
Planning and Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize
staffing levels
Manage and coach a team of Certification analysts, ensuring
accountability for KPIs
Oversee quality assurance processes and monitor team output for
high service standards
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience managing people or programs
Proven ability to implement quality assurance processes
Strong analytical skills for leveraging operational health data
Experience in developing departmental reports and dashboards using
tools like Tableau or Databricks
Open to candidates with a 4-year college degree or a comparable
blend of education and experience
