A company is looking for a Head of Account Management -
Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales managers in the
Americas region
Work closely with various teams to support customer success and
revenue growth
Act as a point of escalation for team challenges and
opportunities
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in relationship management of large
corporates
10+ years of structured finance, trade finance, or related
experience
Prior success in executing enterprise sales cycles to large
corporates
Strong ability to build consensus in team environments
Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
