Job Description:
A company is looking for a CFO, Outsourced Accounting for the
Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care Industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management initiatives to modernize service delivery
through technology and standardized processes
Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and
provide consultative solutions for operational needs
Oversee client accounting engagements, ensuring timely and accurate
completion while analyzing financial performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Master's degree in a related field is a plus
CPA preferred
8 years of industry-specific consulting and advisory experience
Demonstrated success in leading teams through change management
