Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager responsible
for managing employee health, wealth, and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish partnerships with external vendors to enhance global
benefit offerings
Direct and review domestic and international health and welfare
benefit plans
Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks for benefit
plans
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
International benefits administration experience required
CEBS Certification is a plus
Experience with ADP or Rippling preferred
