As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will play a key role in our acquisition process, engaging with potential sellers, negotiating deals, and setting up appointments. Your role is critical in analyzing pre-qualified leads and ensuring they align with our investment strategy.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to connect with property sellers.
--- Build strong relationships with sellers, addressing objections and fostering trust.
--- Work with pre-qualified leads, gathering detailed property information.
--- Actively listen and take comprehensive notes during seller interactions.
--- Learn and apply the basics of investment property evaluation and pricing.
--- Negotiate purchase agreements aligned with company criteria.
--- Follow a proven sales process to close deals effectively.
--- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective success.

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:

--- 2-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or a similar sales-driven role.
--- Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
--- Knowledge of local real estate markets and investment strategies.
--- Experience working in both residential and commercial real estate (preferred).
--- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, while contributing to others' growth.

--- Professional appearance and attitude.
--- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
