Construction Administrative Assistant Position Features:


Monday - Friday


Business Hours


Salary up to 16.00/hr.


Responsibilities Include:


*Entering subcontractor information in all daily reports


*Keep our plans updated with the most current pages


*Keep RFI and contract logs up to date


*Take minutes for all meetings on site


*Type punch lists


*Keep files for submittal, change orders, plan revisions



This person needs to be proficient with the Windows environment as well as Microsoft Office. Good typing and oral and written communication skills are also a must.
